Age Restrictions:

1. Children under 3 years old are allowed free of charge when accompanied by adults;

2. Children from 3 to 14 years old are admitted with a child ticket (upon presenting the original document confirming the child’s age);

3. From 14 to 18 years old — admission with a student ID;
Students are admitted with a student ID (having a student ID is mandatory, in its absence the ticket will be considered an adult ticket).

4. From 18 years old — admission with an adult ticket.

ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 132, PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE “CODE OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES” OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN, MINORS (UNDER 18 YEARS OLD) ARE PROHIBITED FROM BEING IN ENTERTAINMENT VENUES AT NIGHTTIME (FROM 22:00 TO 06:00) WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES. TICKETS FOR SHOWTIMES ENDING AFTER 22:00 MAY BE SOLD TO CHILDREN ONLY TO THEIR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES AND ONLY IF THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE IS PRESENT DURING THE SESSION, WITH THE PRESENTATION OF AN ORIGINAL DOCUMENT CONFIRMING RELATIONSHIP. IF THE ACCOMPANYING PERSON IS NOT A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE, A NOTARIZED POWER OF ATTORNEY FROM THE PARENTS IS REQUIRED.

Ticket Refund:

Ticket refunds are available up to 30 minutes before the start of the session. PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING, USE OF MOBILE PHONES, AND VIOLATION OF SILENCE IN THE AUDITORIUM DURING THE SESSION ARE PROHIBITED. FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF 3D GLASSES, THE VISITOR IS OBLIGED TO COMPENSATE THE CINEMA ACCORDING TO THE DAMAGE COMPENSATION PRICE LIST. The cinema is under video surveillance for the purpose of maintaining public order. Refunds for tickets purchased on tiketon.kz and kino.kz are processed on the respective websites.

Additional Rules of Attendance

Clause 1, Article 71 of the Marriage and Family Code ("Rights and Responsibilities of Parents to Protect the Rights and Interests of the Child") states: "Parents are the legal representatives of the child and act to protect their rights and interests in relations with any physical and legal persons." According to this article, only parents or legal representatives with a notarized power of attorney must accompany the child to age-restricted movies if the child does not meet the required age, and they are fully responsible. This is supported by Article 72 of the Code ("Exercise of Parental Rights in the Interest of the Child"): "When exercising parental rights, the parent must not harm the physical or mental health of the child or their moral development." Other individuals may act as legal representatives if the parents delegate such rights in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan by a notarized power of attorney. Cinema employees — specifically Cashiers and Administrators — have the right to verify that the accompanying person for a film with age restrictions is either a parent or a legal representative. Responsibility for violating age-related rules is provided for in Article 159 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
